30 Ways to Take Action During Hunger Action Month

“Hunger Action Month” occurs each September and is recognized nationally as a way to urge individuals to take action in their communities to help those who are dealing with hunger and food insecurity.

Last year, Pennsylvania’s charitable food network served nearly 3 million low-income people of every age who needed food assistance. That includes 1 of every 5 kids in Pennsylvania who is food insecure.

If you’re at a loss on how to fight hunger, we’re here to help with 30 ways to raise awareness and fight hunger with your friends and family.
