“While we are grateful for the stability this budget offers, we cannot lose sight of the fact that this is a critical time of record demand for our most vulnerable neighbors across Pennsylvania,” Hunger-Free Pennsylvania CEO Stuart I.R. Haniff said.

“We’re grateful that state leaders were able to come together and finally pass a budget that helps get critical funding moving again and provides a bit more support for critical anti-hunger programs,” Hunger-Free Pennsylvania Executive Director Stuart I.R. Haniff, MHA, said. 

We have the resources to end hunger. What we lack and need is the will to act. Congress must reopen the government, restore SNAP, and protect the people who make this Commonwealth strong.
